The Nutritional Difference Between Bison and Beef Steaks

People have asked me how Bison tastes compared to beef, and I tell them it’s like comparing apples to oranges. Bison shouldn’t be compared to Beef or any other protein for that matter. It really is one of those items that is unique and tastes absolutely delicious. Our new bison is raised primarily in Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota, where the animals have existed for thousands of years. The bison are grass fed for about 95% of their lives and then are finished on a Non-GMO vegetarian diet to provide a consistent flavor and marbling for a great tasting product every time.
