Omaha Steaks Sponsors Greater Los Angeles Walk MS
Omaha Steaks, a long-time supporter of the National MS Society, is honored to be sponsoring this year’s Greater Los Angeles Walk MS, scheduled for Sunday, April 15, 2012 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California. Walk MS is the MS Southern California and Nevada Chapter’s largest event in both participants and dollars raised. Last year alone, more than 19,000 individuals participated in the annual Walk, raising $2.5 million for education, advocacy, research and local programs that enhance the quality of life for people with MS and their families.
This year, walkers will be treated to an Omaha Steaks lunch featuring famous Omaha Steaks Burgers and Gourmet Franks, upon completion of the Walk. More than 10,000 walkers are expected to stay and enjoy this fun cookout experience.
Omaha Steaks proudly salutes the individual participating in this year’s Walk MS and commends them for the difference they are making in the lives of those who suffer the debilitating effects of the disease.
