Omaha Steaks Garden Sun Veggie Burger with Sautéed Onion & Grilled Sweet Potato Fries


 Garden Sun Veggie Burger:
• 4 Omaha Steaks Garden Sun Veggie Burgers
• 2 tablespoons canola oil, plus additional for basting
• 1 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper, taste
• 4 onion roll buns, sliced, buttered and toasted

• 1 large red onion, sliced
• A Bachelor & His Grill’s, “Cinnamon-Cayenne Sweet Potatoes Fries”
• Ground ginger & whole-grain honey mustard aoili
• Roma tomatoes, sliced
• Spring lettuce mix

Ground Ginger & Whole-grain Honey Mustard Aioli:
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1 1/2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard
• 1 level teaspoon honey
• 1 large clove garlic, finely minced
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground peppercorn, or to taste

A Bachelor and His Grill’s “Cinnamon-Cayenne Sweet Potatoes Fries”


Garden Sun Veggie Burger:
1. Preheat oven to hot & grill to medium-high.
2. Prepare A Bachelor & His Grill’s, “”Cinnamon-Cayenne Sweet Potatoes Fries”, per instruction.
3. Liberally season burger patty with oil, garlic & onion powder, salt & pepper.
4. Lay patties over direct heat for 6minutes per side, basting intermittently, until exterior char marks well-defined & interior evenly cooked through.
5. Meanwhile, toss onion with 1 tablespoon oil, season to taste, then place directly upon grill grates for 5-7 minutes per side, until fragrant & caramelized.
6. In final 2 minutes of grilling, butter onion rolls & toast over grill grates.
7. Clear the grill. Rest burger & onions 2-3 minutes.
8. Construct & plate your veggie burger masterpiece

Ground Ginger & Whole-grain Honey Mustard Aoili:
1. Using pestle & mortar, grind together garlic, ginger & salt until paste forms.
2. In a small mixing bowl whisk together garlic paste, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, & lemon juice.
3. Season additionally, to taste. Serve immediately or reserve in refrigerator, up to 2 weeks.
